Chef Edwin was born and raised in his youth in Puerto Rico on a farm raising livestock, pigs, chickens, and goats crafting his love for food from the land and learning from his family traditions.
His family taught him to raise and slaughter meats, and use locally sourced produce and fruits literally out of the backyard.
Since the age of 6 he spent most of his time learning and developing his craft in his grandmothers and families kitchen. Then at age 15 he landed his first job as a dishwasher for a local restaurant eventually catapulting all the way up to chef and operating his own catering company.
Chef Edwin has honed his skills extending from various restaurants from French, Italian, Latin and vegetarian cuisine. His passion lies on marrying all his knowledge of flavors in world cuisine through Mexican style street food, the team & Chef Edwin are taco connoisseurs!
